


Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp horseradish
- 1 tbsp worcestershire
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped rosemary
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped thyme
Instructions:
For this prime rib, all I had to do was unwrap from the package, tied it up with butchers twine, mixed up the following and applied all over the outside.
Smoked at 225F until internal temp was around 120F. Pulled and let rest 45 minutes. Seared a minute on all sides.
